Processing pipeline

Evidence processing workers handling audio transcription, speaker diarization, OCR text extraction, object detection, timeline assembly, and discrepancy analysis.

Object storage

Operational · Object storage · US regions
Evidence originals, derivatives, and production export bundles. AES-256 at rest. US bucket-level residency enforced.

Database and custody ledger

Operational · Managed PostgreSQL · us-east-1
Matter records, custody ledger (append-only), user accounts, pipeline results, privilege flags, and billing state.

Authentication

Operational · Managed authentication service
JWT-based session authentication. Role-based access control enforced server-side on all API routes.

AI-assisted analysis

Operational · External inference service · zero data retention
Multiple analysis modes available on Core tier and above. Inputs are text derivatives only; no binary evidence files are transmitted.

Billing and subscriptions

Operational · Stripe
Subscription management, invoicing, and payment processing for all seven pricing tiers. PCI DSS Level 1 via Stripe.

No incidents to report in April 2026. All services have been continuously operational since platform launch.
